Fast12 stores all of your fasting sessions, weight logs, and water intake history locally on your iOS device using Apple's secure SwiftData framework.

• We do not operate external database servers to store your wellness logs.
• We do not track your real identity. No user account setup or email registration is required to use the app.
• If you enable iCloud backups, your app data will be backed up directly to your personal Apple iCloud account and remains protected by Apple's end-to-end encryption.

Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the UK Data Protection Act 2018, you maintain absolute ownership and control over your personal data.

• Right to Access: You can view all your logged data in the consistency map and advanced insights tabs.
• Right to Erasure: Deleting the app from your iOS device instantly and permanently removes all local data. You can also clear health entries directly from Apple's Health app.
• Right to Portability: You can export your data in human-readable PDF reports using the share tool in Settings.

Fast12 integrates with Apple Health (HealthKit) to read steps, sleep, and weight logs to enrich your fasting insights. It also writes completed fasting mindfulness logs and hydration entries back to Apple Health.

• HealthKit data is processed solely on your device to calculate correlations and display trends.
• We will never share or sell your HealthKit data with third-party advertisers, data brokers, or marketing networks.
• We do not use HealthKit data for tracking, profiling, or target marketing.
• Sharing HealthKit data is entirely optional and requires your explicit consent. You can revoke access at any time in the Apple Health App settings.

We use Google Firebase Analytics to track app usage statistics, onboarding progression, paywall engagement, and system diagnostic info. This helps us identify usability issues, design app updates, and troubleshoot bugs.

• All analytics events are collected anonymously. We do not transmit or store your name, email address, or identity.
• HealthKit wellness data is never shared with Firebase Analytics.
• Usage data is used exclusively by us for product improvement and is not shared with third-party advertising networks.

We retain your locally logged data only for as long as the application is installed on your device. We use standard iOS operating system-level encryption to secure the database container on-device, preventing unauthorised access if your device is locked.
